Questions studio owners ask.

Is this a booking or POS app?+

No — and on purpose. You likely already use DaySmart, REV23, or Tattoo Studio Pro for scheduling, payments, and consent forms. InkGuard is the back-of-house compliance binder those tools don't cover.

Does it guarantee I'll pass inspection?+

It can't promise an outcome — it's a record-keeping tool, not legal advice. What it does is make sure the documentation an inspector checks is complete, current, and ready to hand over, which is where most studios actually stumble.

My state isn't one of the six. When?+

We're launching with Texas, California, Florida, Oregon, Missouri, and Ohio so each state's rules are encoded carefully rather than guessed. The rules engine is data-driven, so new states are added without rebuilding — join the waitlist and we'll prioritize new states by where demand comes from.

Is my staff's medical info safe?+

Hepatitis B and training records are encrypted, role-restricted to the owner or an authorized manager, and never auto-deleted before the legally required retention window. Every access and change is logged.

How fast can I get value?+

In one sitting. Log your first spore test and autoclave cycle, load a license, and a dashboard tile turns green — most studios reach their first inspection-ready export the same day they sign up.

Stop dreading the knock on the door.

We're onboarding founding studios in Texas, California, Florida, Oregon, Missouri, and Ohio. Join the waitlist and you'll be first in line as states go live — no card, no spam.
