InkGuard is currently a pre-launch product. This site's only data collection is the waitlist signup form. This policy describes exactly what we collect and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Email address — the address you enter when joining the waitlist.
• Anonymous usage analytics — we use PostHog configured cookielessly (in-memory only): page views and anonymized session replays (with all text you type masked) are recorded without cookies, cross-site tracking, or persistent identifiers. When you join the waitlist we also record a signup event in PostHog (acting as our processor) carrying your email and your approximate region derived from IP at ingestion — used solely for the launch-notification purpose above.

What we use it for

One thing: contacting you about InkGuard's availability and launch. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their own marketing.

Where it lives

Waitlist data is stored in our own database, encrypted in transit and at rest, and accessible only to the founder. Transactional email (when we email you) is delivered through an email service provider acting as our processor.

How long we keep it

Until InkGuard launches and you either become a customer or unsubscribe — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your email from the waitlist at any time by replying to any email we send you, or contacting us at the address below. We'll confirm deletion.
